With a career spanning over 30 years, Iliana has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise. Her primary relevant experience lies in her role as Chief Client Officer for Direct Interactions (DI), overseeing the day-to-day operations of DI’s fully remote call center, and acting as the primary point of contact for client communications.
