Meet Iliana Ulloa
Iliana Ulloa is the CEO of Impact Government Sourcing (IGS), a certified minority-owned and women-owned enterprise. Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Iliana grew up in a first-generation Colombian household. Her upbringing instilled in her a deep appreciation for her Colombian heritage, and she spent every summer in Colombia, eventually moving to her parents’ native country to study International Business.
With a career spanning over 30 years in financial services, Iliana gained a wealth of experience and expertise in the industry. However, she temporarily left the workforce to raise a family and support her husband, Diego, in his career endeavors. During this time, Iliana’s primary focus was on empowering other women who were navigating the challenges of raising a family while pursuing their professional aspirations.
When her children reached a certain age, Iliana decided it was time to return to the workforce. Her personal experience of successfully balancing a career and family became a driving force behind her mission to empower women in similar situations. As a female and a minority, Iliana recognized the unique challenges that these communities face and used them to her advantage, inspiring others to believe in themselves and their abilities.
Driven by her vision to help individuals find a harmonious balance in their lives, Iliana founded Impact Government Sourcing. The primary goal of IGS is to remove barriers to employment for women in the customer service industry. IGS provides remote job opportunities with flexible work hours and a range of benefits, ensuring that women can pursue fulfilling careers without sacrificing their personal lives. As a locally founded enterprise, IGS proudly offers 100% work-at-home positions within the United States.
In addition to her role as CEO of IGS, Iliana is currently pursuing a master’s degree in organizational leadership with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Her commitment to personal and professional growth underscores her dedication to empowering, connecting, and uplifting others.
Through her leadership at IGS and her personal mission to support and inspire women, Iliana continues to make a significant impact in her community and beyond.
